A workshop held on making tomato pasta sauce (passata) over 100 kilos of tomatoes skinned de-seeded, cooked and bottled in the day. We ate like kings with fantastic home made produce, including cheddar cheese made by Alice, and quince paste, home grown grapes, then for dinner a Pasta putanesca with our fresh made passata and home made pasta with home grown eggs! Doesn't get a lot better than that folks! what a great day!
